JAYAP is a school for the supernatural, a place for the not so normal teens of the world to gather and learn without human interruption. Plenty of magical species attend this Academy, even those who have been hidden away for centuries, buried under scientific facts and modern stories and legends.

Students abide by the rules and guidelines and, according to the limited height conditions of the school's ceilings, beast like students are required to reduce their size and shape to that of a more human quality. Of course, these requirements do not extend to distinguishing features, such as horns.

No killing. Fights are allowed, just no killing.
Anything supernatural is aloud. I mean ANYTHING. Go nuts.
No chatspeak in character please. It's really annoying.
Have as much fun as you can and try to make friends.

Hello, It's us again. Ok, now that Cupcake has her "Thoughts straight" we are excepting people for our role play.

Edanial is a shapeshifter and has a bit trouble with certain transformations. Such as turning himself into a vampire, which was difficult to get rid of. After months of staying out of the sun and garlic pills, along with an insane thirst that resulted in him getting steaked a lot by his friends and class mates.

General Appearance:

There are several explanations, let me explain the actual appearance. She has short wavy hair, that is naturally brown. Deep green eyes. Shes also very good at gymnastics, so you can see that she is able to stretch. Very flexible. And she isn't a Neko-girl. I got the picture becaus eit was the closest to how she looked.
Clothing: Usually a Jumper and tight jeans. Shes a tomboy.
Distinguishing Features: Her eyes are really deep, if you look into them, you'll find yourself trappped and unable to move unless she moves her gaze away from you.
Personality: Absent-minded, kind, smart, able to hide emotions.

Species: Basilisk
General Appearance: Has black hair (it's fake) that falls over his forehead. His eyes are a deep gold with yellow whites.
Clothing: A white jacket over a black tanktop. He wears matching white pants and black tennis shoes. He also wears sunglasses so as to not accidentally kill anyone.
Distinguishing Features: Has four arms. Yes. Four. He's also covered in pebbly green scales. He has two long, venomous fangs that potrude slightly from his upper lip. He also has a slight lisp, but if he concentrates, he can pronounce the 's' sound.
Personality: A very fun guy to be around. He's obnoxious, sarcastic, and enjoys freaking people out.

Zane is a friend of Edaniel (yes, I already asked Pinstripes) and hangs out with him most of the time. His favorite passtime is making fun of the popular kids and freaking people out. This includes every prank ever estblished under the sun, not to mention just walking up and planting a kiss on the lips.

Yeah. Of course. It may take me a bit to put my first post in due to the fact many things are going on today. So yeah...you guys can start whenever you feel like it, though.

Name: Dan Carter
Age: 20
Species: Human (male)
General Appearance: [Dan]
Clothing: Usually just a blue button up collared shirt, black pants, sneakers, a jacket of some sort, and a backpack full of "learning tools"
Distinguishing Features: None
Personality: Dan is usually pretty lazy, only posting grades when he feels like it. He doesn't really care when students try and argue with him, finding it rather entertaining to him. Most things he will take in stride, but can be anal retentive about grammar and spelling. (In his book "grammer" doesn't exist). When people aren't sassing him he can be laid back and fun to be around.

Dan has a background in being a pirate, having grown up on a ship and trained to defend himself or rather raid and pillage. Other than that he doesn't really have that many skills, but his aim is impeccable. He always carried around a pen, pad, and a set of daggers. He still writes despite having as he says "a landfill of school work" to grade.

Jefferson acadamy for youths of advanced placement aka Jayap was hot during long summer day and light drapes were pulled in a sad attempt to keep the heat at bay. On the first floor, students fanned themselves with folded paper as they studied for the summer semester. The basement was a completely differant setting. Rooms were honey combed through a web of complicatete hallways, containing the odd bits of life, not entirly human life. Beds were occupied and rooms were full of strange equipment. It was cool and many students upstairs had begun to stream down the to escape the heat. (Hidden cupcakes is experiancing technical difficulties w/ her internet.)

Dan Carter was one who could tolerate heat pretty well having traveled around most of his life, but today's heat was a bit ridiculous. He yawned, fanning himself with a piece of paper. He sometimes wondered why he became a teacher rather than just pillaging. It was too late now. He sighed, leaning back in his chair. He rocked back into position, deciding to maybe back up and get a drink.

Zane hated the heat. It was terrible, especially for him. Basilisk's were reptiles and reptiles couldn't produce or regulate their own body heat. And, like most reptiles, zane was subject to the environment around him, at the mercy of the heat or cold that usually came with nature. He grumbled something, currently slumped up against the hall in one of the winding hallways somewhere in the southern end of JAYAP.

Edanial slept fitfully in his room. The sound from the people comeing down was threatening to wake him. Dark circles under his eyes were evidence of his current plauge of insomnia, aka lycanism. He opened a bloodshot eye. And slouched up, blankets around him were skatered all about, on the floor and at the bottom of his bed. He had thrown them off while struggleing in his dreams. He got out of bed, forgeting that he was still holding his torn up kitten plushie. He yawned and growled at himself. "I should have learned my lesson from the vamp. insident." he walked out the door in his stripped black and whit sleeping hat and a pair of black boxers and a red muscle-shirt.

Dan woke up with a start. What happened? Had he dozed off again? Probably. He sighed, running a hand through his blond hair. What time was it? He fished into his backpack, taking out his cellphone and checking the time. Of course, he was on pirate time. He stood up, deciding to head back to where the teacher dorms would be. He slung his backpack over his shoulder, locking the door behind him as he went out.

Dan looked around, not really noticing anyone there. He kept walking, hoping that he wouldn't get lost in the maze of hallways. He glanced back, swiveling his head. Was that a student lying in the hall or just his lack of sleep? He shrugged, someone would reprimand him if he was actually there.

Dakota was not in her bed, neither was she studying. She was sitting on a very uncomfortable chair, that was seated coincidently infront of her desk. On her desk were pieces of paper that had techniques to practice for gymnastics. She groaned, nothing to think of. She stood up impatiently and decided that she should explore. She was new here, just transferred. She slipped the earphones of her MP3 on, and gently pushed open her door and walked along the hallway.

(Not really.)

Zane groaned, cursing his stupidity for even coming up into the classroom hallways during this stupid heat wave. He tried to lift himself up, only to find that all four of his arms would only move so much. He groaned again, decidng that dragging himself to the nearest water fountain would be easier that trying to walk in his current condition. Thankfully, the tiles on the floor were smooth and slippery. It would at least be easier to drag himself around.

Edanial walked upstairs. "Gah!" He was almost pushed back by the horrendous power of the heat wave. He walked slowly up the stairs, not noticing the people pointing at him in his pj's. He turned a hall and tripped over the scaly body of a student. "Ouch."...*Yawn*

Clothing: pinstriped black pants with matching fitted jacket to go with it. A silk button up green shirt, a pendent of the sun and moon around her neck and a pair of black spiked boots.
Distinguishing Features: none.
Personality: Nice to her kids and tend to make sure what she is teaching is fun, She doesn't tolerate sleepers in her class and when someone does sleep she give the students permission to get a marker and write on the student to teach him/her a lesson.

Dan looked back, rubbing his eyes. So he wasn't seeing things. What he saw was a guy tripped over a basilisk. Students these days were awfully clumsy. He shook his head, continuing to walk.

Zane lifted his head slightly, blinking as something rammed into his side and toppled over him. He moaned in slight pain, trying to move his head to see what had just tripped over him. Maybe the clumsy guy who did could probably help him.

Rei sighed as she fanned herself with one of her folders that she had laying around. Her jacket laid on the back of her chair, her having to take it off with in minutes of entering the school. She glanced up at the clock and got up, putting down the pen she held as she tried to plan out next weeks classes. She walked out the class door and stood up against the frame of it, watching Students walk about.

Edanial rubbed his head and turned to see what he had tripped on. "Oh" he looked down at a green person with four arms sprawled out on the ground behind him. "Are you ok?" He asked, his eyes wide with innocence.

Dakota, who stood there, the basilisk who was slightly hurt moaned and blinked up. She shrugged at herself and walked along, glancing out of the windows.
