I don't really. I draw for fun but my motivation plummets into the negatives when there's pressure involved (such as payment, deadlines, or other obligation). But I've been going around looking for cute avatars to draw for fun and practice and just generally for the sake of doing something nice for someone.

Ahh I can understand what you mean pressure can take all the fun out of it. :) So no pressure from me but by all means should it strike your fancy you may use my avi as you see fit. :)

That's why I said, no promises, but...if I get a moment and a good idea, you're probably getting drawn. :P

Yeah, I just finally managed to afford the Imperial Regality. Really wanted that because...I was very right about how nice it would look with my off-white color scheme.

I was debating it when I finally hit 2.3k, since...the kind of look I'm going for is more outdoors-y and forest-y and I didn't know how well it would work...then I took the green outer shirt off it and replaced it with the tan one and tried on some of the poses, and, WELP. No more debate.

lol for sure. I like the earthy yet wintery aspect of it and it seems like you are going to a festive event and have on your best only you are from the forest not the city so the softness is there. I like it. :)

lol I'm not really paying to check my luggage sooo no I don't think you will fit in a back pack XD

It will be cool once I'm there. I hate flying and it's a long flight from portland, but I'm hoping I can just keep my nervousness in check and just be able to look out the window and enjoy the scene

Haha, oh well, it was worth a shot. I hope you have fun!

Personally, I love flying. It's the safest way to travel, really. The news just likes to report every accident that happens because fear and tragedy sells. >_>

this is true I am just not cool with flying over large bodies of water. I have more issues with water than anything. I have been dead twice due to drowning in my lifetime and sadly I can swim I just have rotten luck around water. >.<

I've flown a few times. As a kid I loved it, but then over the years a discovered issues with vertigo and motion sickness sooo yeah. I still love the view when it doesn't make my head spin XD I'm thing about just getting some meds for the flight, they will make me groggy but I'll have plenty of time to nap

Saw some discussion of seasickness over Zack's shoulder and thought I should drop in. I get...really terrible motion sickness. I find that candied ginger works really well. See if you can eat a little of that before you get on the plane.

Ginger ale works for a lot of people, but for me it's kind of a toss-up due to the carbonation. The gas in your stomach can exacerbate nausea sometimes, I've noticed.

Also, there are seasickness bands - they're just terry cloth wristbands with a tiny plastic button that puts pressure on a certain point...which apparently helps relieve nausea. I dunno how they work, but they do help me sometimes, and they've been around since before I was born.

But anyway, enjoy your shower and try to have fun on the flight!
