i'm out of gingerale >.< also caffiene is not allowed. so i've been using 7up. No caffeine! :Dand basically same thing...

plain saltines and they have caffiene-free gingerale.
i'll ask her the brand name.
if you can't find caffiene-free gingerale substitute it for seltzer water.
something less sugary for in the morning.
the sugar is what makes her stomach turn.
