So I am working out at home.

Today I did leg lifts. It wasn't much, but ten on either side feels good. I've also been stretching a lot, but that's more related to work recovery than staying healthy.

Today I've done a round of squats, my leg lifts, and some light yoga stretching. If I keep this up maybe my legs will trim down again. Goodness knows my pants could use that help.

Today will definitely be a workout day! My workout yesterday involved nearly breaking my arm rolling out dough. It didn't even turn out that well. *sniffle* Here's to hoping my perogies go better today! I tell you what, if you want a proper arm workout you should cook anything that needs dough or whipped cream from scratch. Don't... don't worry about the calories involved with what you're making, that's what the workout is for.
