Hey so I got sick and I really don't have the time to be sick. Of course my body would pick a really busy time in my life to give me the cold. I've been drinking lots of tea with honey and plan to use some steam with tea tree oil later today. Does anyone else have any helpful ideas.

I especially need ideas for food (I'm a vegetarian so don't say chicken soup). There isn't a lot of food in my house and I'm really tired and don't feel like making anything complex so any thoughts?

Some places sell concentrated lemon juice. You could boil water and then squirt a little of that in. It seemed to help me feel better when I had a cold, at least. Definitely don't drink the concentrated lemon juice by itself. I made that mistake, and it was not good for my throat because it was too acidic by itself. So add it to hot water instead
