Deep sleep is good for you though. That's where your truly restful time comes from. THough I have heard that a 44 minute nap is like the ideal time. Just enough to get into REM sleep and then wake up refreshed... but when I nap I want to keep on sleeping haha...

I hardly ever have a lot of deep sleep

I usually nap for 30 minutes and naturally wake and feel rested.

I remember back when I used to change my avi like, every week or so. I think that must have been very exhausting. Lol, I usually put it off now.

I really like how when you change your avatar it's completely different from the one you started with before. Me I'm always teal and I always have hummingbirds. And I can't change now because the tiger is stuck on me and I would have to unequip everything and then not be able to equip my hummingbirds yes. That would make me so sad

I don't know. Maybe he's after my hummingbirds? But I put them on to see what he looked like then took him off because I had the prairie dogs on and I like them but he won't go away. So I would have to unequip everything and then I wouldn't have my hummingbirds on and I don't know how to get a multi to equip anymore.

I woke up at like 6 I then went back to sleep at like 9. and then woke up at 11 and went back to sleep at like 11:30

painkillers, the sedation medicine, and it was better than being in pain

But the falling asleep while in pain part is hard. I didn't think it hurt that much though.
