Nothing really going on. I have a friend who's extremely flaky though, and everytime we make plans to hang out, he usually takes that to mean hours from the time we planned. I waited around all day for him, and he got mad at ME because I told him off. >< I swear, some people have no common sense.

I really don't like it when that happens. Waiting around all day to hang out with someone - wasting time, when usually there is other stuff to do - and they FLAKE! At least have the courtesy to call me and lemme know that you can't show up!

I know all about food. I eat like a horse. Which really isn't good because some day my metabolize will catch up to me and I'm gonna' be sorry. D: I do have my favorite Mexican restaurant and it's a little hole-in-the-wall. LOVE IT. Also, my favorite Chinese place is family-owned. It has some amazing lo mein. Yum-o. But I also cook really well. Last night I made potato soup and homemade rolls. It was delicious.

Happy late birthday, Estrella. I think the getting drunk on your 21st birthday "rule" isn't for everyone. I know I didn't drink on mine. Of course, if I remember correctly... I believe I was pregnant at that time so drinking was a no-no.

Yeah, I'm not a big drinker anyway. I try to keep myself from drinking because I KNOW I could easily become an alcoholic. I use to drink when I was younger but then I moved in with my aunt and she wasn't like my mom who would buy me alcohol. xP

I can't drink much either. Some of the stuff tastes funny and the ones I do like are the wine coolers.

Ooooh, midori sours could be my downfall, yum! I also don't mind beer. But I really can't drink stuff with hard alcohol in it because the smell makes me gag. XD Although, once you get past the first drink you don't really taste it anymore.

Yeah, my mom wanted to be my best friend. And she wanted to justify her drinking, I think. My mom's an addict in so many ways, it's awful. I haven't spoken to her in months. She didn't even call on my birthday.

OH! I have apple juice in the fridge. Hurrah! XD

My parents didn't drink much and rarely had alcohol in the house until my aunt moved in. She was a drunk. :(

D: That's always terrible. yeah, my aunt and uncle aren't big drinkers. they like to have a few beers during their weekend but they don't go crazy and get drunk (unless they go out to the bar). But even then, they are in walking distance of their house.

It is. And I kinda feel that, to a point, they can't help being addicted. It's about like how I'm addicted to soda, internet, and video games.

Sugar is good. I just don't eat it much.
