hahah im pixeling something for a 52 whore pick up on another site (the pixel one) its an event where i am a pimp and i have to send a survey to people that signed up . . . they ahve to fill it out and then i have to make them a doll asking them to be my HO. they doll one back saying either yes or no. *snorts* there are 52 people in the event and so far i've only finished making 7 asking people if they would be my ho. i'll post em over on my request page so you can see ^^

this looks amazing so far. poor tyrsian no magicians for them ( i assume their technological prowess makes up for that)

are the rare stages heavy rp only or special event / auction rare.

I'm really partial to the idea of a Delvati hunter with either an ermine or owl companion ( bear was originally tempting but bears have too many disadvantages)

Well it's going to be 500+ points to be considered for a rare class rank, the highest points awarded are Participation in Event RP (20 points). And there's also a quest PRP required. =]

I've got some art-responsibilities piling up - I'll get back to this after I finish badge art for a convention, finish Matt & Crys' auction piece, and finish my 2 Private Exchange pieces. ^_^ I might add stuff on the front page now and again though, so keep an eye out!

Also, I'm not sure if I'm going to do this yet, but how do most places usually go about paying staff? Is it just a cut of the flatsales/auctions? I'm wondering if I'm eventually going to need an RP Manager of some sort.

Hm, well, the shops where I work, they do payment differently.
One shop pays me monthly, and it can be anything from gold to items to pets.
The other shop pays me a percentage of any event that I host, so if I run the flatsale, I'll get a percentage from the total made in the flatsale.
