But I couldn't log in for a while, and then all my shit was gone. I think they cleared out accounts or something, but I doubt I got hacked.

I was hacked on Gaia once. Banned on two accounts, then a bit later hacked. It was sad times because I know who did it. I thought he was my friend.

Because like... There's this thread for ''name hoard'' mules, where if an account has no items and no posts, the staff can clear it (when they're not busy because changing a username takes SO MUCH time), but they won't do it if it has any items or any posts, and it's done manually.

So, I think they don't do account clearings otherwise. So I think you're safe.

But then progress was moving too slow, so I left.

Then I was on PiiTown until that site crashed and burned, and no progress has been done for the new site since like, may :C
