Maybe for your first wings,
you can pick on the wings with colors
that fit the majority of the colors
you already have in your inventory. ;)

But no, he's not. He's a character from a BL game.
I've never played the game, I picked him just because I was looking for a "prince-y" image
(I should have just picked Tamaki since it fits his image though xD)

I doubt that someone can get everything.. because that includes the dresses which are hella expensive..
