I sent trades to the NPCs I haven't gotten candy yet >W<
I also deleted my profile posts on their profiles so they wouldn't send me extra treats.

Ah, glad I saw this thread since I haven't yet received my candy from Vicky or Mr. Mayor. I will go and send out trades then.

Yep - lots of NPCs have lots of trades and are, as such, very busy.

I can't tell you if such'n'such NPC will participate in the future. It's up to them if they'd rather chat around the forums or not!

I'm glad Vicky finally got back to me but I posted a trick or treat on Peeblo's profile and initiated a trade and he still hasn't gotten back to me. It's kind of hard to imagine that he would be busier than Vicktoria Valentine. My candy from Mr Mayor did 'magically' appear in my inventory thanks to Pink Neenja help.

and they were so cute too. Cecilia is friggin' adorable...as is Abel but idk how much he'd like to hear that. :rofl:

You'd be surprised how much time Peeblo spends plotting, planning, goofing off, and preparing for his next Great Plan (the 'goofing off', you understand, is an intrinsic part of the process and not the same as being lazy).

I'm more surprised he agreed to participate this way at all, so if I were you, I'd be thankful he is. :)

I'm not sure who will and who won't. :) I know several of them have said they much prefer the more personal version of handing out candy to those they chat with and I respect their choices.
