Usually when a partner leaves to make a new company it is because they had a an argument that they could not agree upon.

xD Well all I mean is that company implies job. So either the partner got offered a better job at another company (and took it) or they had a disagreement and one left to continue along the way he thought it was best. :P

It doesn't always have to be disagreement, though that is the most common reason.

im thinking that after cain comes outta the hospital he runs the company again

but to answser your question....
cain doesnt come out until later in the series
even after he comes out of the hospital, his whereabouts are unknown
and in that time, abel has something to do with the company
but he has little knowledge of what it really is

Well I figured they would have been good friends and that Abel had to have known him on some level or maybe even Cain asked him.

So... he gets better then vanishes?
