I would say to add a background, it looks like you are ready for a concert so maybe a concert themed background would make your avi look more complete

but i think the background takes away from the rest of your avatar. although it is reminiscent to cotton candy which is fitting but i don't know... i almost think something white maybe? it's hard because it's nice without it!

If I were to make a suggestion, your right side is very busy where as the left is very empty. Instead of the giant flower behind you maybe opt for some flowers maybe in the bottom left corner it might add more balance to the scene.
