@riyuu: Hi there :D

@xuv: Yeah, I don't have patience to do fullblown comics like that. But it was fun to draw right? :3

The challenging part is to complete the story in 3 pages...

Oh, that does sound challenging. Trying to squish a story into 3 pages without it seeming so rushed is really hard. But you did superrrr well. :)

Miroro... lol. You just didn't find the one that speak to you.

By the way, I do have one short comic done, posted in Art post, go look if you are interested.
I've been through thousands! I spent like 6hrs or more everyday when I was looking for them. I'm not sure I'll find one that speaks to me. Because a lot of the artists don't want to give away any special secrets they like to do and if they do, they usually make it into some kind of purchase packet or whatever.

Color tutorials are the only ones that are abundant and I can stand reading through since there are only a few good ones. I've learned to use more of the marker tool in Sai, it does GRADIENTS without having to go to the gradient tool and drag it across the drawing and set its opacity level! It's wonderful ~

I will! After I post like mad here a lil bit more. xD

Booyah! We're twins ~ fufufu. Overlay is good but sometimes "Screen" works best, depending on your colors. I want to learn how to do that stain glass coloring look, though... I'm envious of those who can.

Yes... I know it's understandable they they learned how to do it but it's kind to share.

Youtube is good in tutorials too--for coloring! But Lina is who really helped me discover the wonders of the Marker tool, though.

Hey Miro.
My day was busy. We went to look at an apartment, pay a few bills and visit with my grandmother in the nursing home.

How was your day?

Ah, typical lively day then. xD How's your grandmama doin'?

Mine was... uneventful. It is now since I found one of my fav. ol' cartoons, though.
Honestly, I'm kind of procrastinating... I do have Exams/Quizzes and papers to do.

Basically. She is doing so so. One good thing about today is that she actually knew who we were.

Which cartoon?
Menewsha is one of the best ways to procrastinate.

Yeah, I love them for sharing tutorials, but I just don't read all of them ;A;
They probably help a bunch of others out there so that's good too!

It was okay, two classes were cancelled, so I spent the entire morning studying for quiz today. :) But wow the day went by so fast, daylight saving times makes it seem so late when it's only 5:00 PM over here!

Yeah, it was taught by the same professor, and he's super nice so its good.

IKR, I love waking up later, but I just feel so unmotivated when it feels like the entire day is gone....it stresses me out because I feel like I've done nothing all day.

The time of day I'm more productive varies. Sometimes I'm really productive in the morning and then other days I'm not productive until into the afternoon or evening.

I couldn't think of that word. xD I'm glad you clarified that.

Oh, it's old. I only knew about it because my mom had a VHS tape of it but it got ruined and I'm glad I found it online but there's only five episodes on YOUTUBE. I wonder if they sell it on DVD...?

Lina = Linapoo, yes. I know! She's the master at the marker tool ~

It is good. It's got monster facts/jokes throughout the whole thing.
It's also hippy dippy because it was made in the 70s. LOL

No problem.

I see. I noticed that it's from the 70s so that explains why it didn't ring a bell with me. I've never seen it before, but it looks kinda cool. I wonder if it was very popular since I haven't seen reruns of it, even on Boomarang. They might have it on DVD, I've seen several of the older cartoons on DVD.
