Alrighty guys I am looking for a pixel artist who can do bases though I am not sure if this is the right place to place this.

I think this is the right place for it Cora. You might want to be more specific about what you're looking for, or how much you want to spend though.

A few of us are starting a new independent project of a new avatar site. I wont go into much more as I am sure that breaks some rule.

We have a few people who are able to do items but we have no base artists....

As for price well.....The two of us are willing to spend just about anything here......though we are unsure if that legal as well......its really a delicate situation.
