Capped plans are lame. My provider has an unenforced cap that I break every month

We break our cap a lot too, but it costs a lot to do that.

An internet cap is when you pay your internet provider a certain amount, and they let you use a certain amount of GB a month. If you use more, you have to either pay extra, or use dial up speed internet for the rest of the month.

FLCL is one of the stranger animes out there though. Not bad, and it is funny, but still strange.
