That's what it is to resemble, the 'Carnival' Hairpin.

A new banner for the thread is in my sig, but I can't seem to get the background color to match. Oh well, looks better than being white I guess.

Feel free to take it. I am sure most of you know how to w/ out me explaining it.

Also, I WILL ahve a balloon shop open in the pixel section of the shops. ALL these balloons will cost after the event, and will not have the same writting on them, but NO writing. I ahve only given 1 person permission to edit these and no more from this point on unless you ask permission.

Also in my shop soon to open, CUSTOM balloons for you. no, no complex things, just like, stars and hearts in different colors balloons. More to be explained when my shop opens, and don't worry, they will be cheap.

Also, the shop will have a monthly balloon that will dissappear forever after it is gone. I don't have many ideas, but if i do learn how to animate, I will have allot more options.

Oh, and if someone knows how to animate things in MS Paint, PLEASE! Please! PM me!!! I am desperate.

oh about the banner, that's because each post is light blue and darker blue and light blue and darker blue and so on. XD
