First to Never Know: He's my older brother's son. :) My twin was gay, no kids there.

Hummy: Yeah, the few times that we've flown with Becca have been stupid stressful and we've not yet attempted to fly with Soph - but long car trips are painful and take like three times as long.

I don't like traveling with children either. A lot of parents get too tired to stop their kids from running wild or screaming their heads off. I wish airlines would offer a child-free option on their flights, even if it cost extra. ._.;

I really appreciate the parents who are courteous to the other passengers and try their best to discipline their children and pass out earplugs to people nearby.

Let me explain from a parent's point of view... sometimes it is impossible no matter what we do, to try to get a child to stop crying. That was how it went the first time I flew with Becca. No matter what I did she wouldn't stop crying. I felt horrible but sometimes.... what can we do.... -.- Sorry but I'm not going to go and discipline a 5 month old because she doesn't know any better her ears were bothering her and I couldn't do anything to soothe her.

Those glares I got only made me feel like crying as well.

What's wrong, star?

I have those days sometimes, Fuu.

Thankfully, I've never had any screaming babies on any if the flights I've been on.

you need something good in your life
did you start looking for a new place?
does your city have any assistance?

Sorry. I'm sympathetic, but not sympathetic enough to be happy about being stuck with a screaming child on a flight. I made a conscious decision not to be a parent exactly because I didn't want to deal with misbehaving children. It annoys me that I'm instead forced to deal with other people's misbehaving children. I respect parents, I respect their decision to be parents, but their decision to be parents should affect my decision not to be a parent as less as possible.

Which is why I just wish I could pay the extra money to opt in to a child-free flight, so that I don't have to deal with your screaming kid, and you don't have to deal with me being upset about it.

We are looking for a new place.
My dad checks for new places everyday.
The trouble is we have to stay an extra month to find a place.

Plus my dad did sprain his ankle so we are set back quite a bit.

I really don't think I have much good in my life right now.
Especially because my bf has avoided me for nearly a month.
And that is unlike him. So I guess that is done and over with. And he has been on often. And I sent him two messages which he never replied to.
Trying not to jump the gun but I've been in enough relationships to know when someone is bored of me because I can't do the things they want me to do.

I get it.... I just won't ever to bother to fly with my family just because I have children.

With my daughter it isn't that they're misbehaving it is that their EARS hurt and none of the things that I was told would work to help with that.... WOULD WORK.

I get it, I just won't ever fly because apparently the majority of people think that I should never fly again because I have young children who's ears hurt when they fly which causes them to cry and be unhappy. Excuse me.

/shrug. Like I said. I'm sympathetic, but I made a conscious decision not to have children because I didn't want to have to humor a screaming kid. If I'm not sympathetic enough to do that for my own children, then I'm certainly not going to do it for a stranger's children. I'm certainly justified in being annoyed because your life choices are making my life miserable.

You may not like hearing it, but people don't like spending hours in a confined space with someone else's crying baby. And we're in no way obligated to be sympathetic towards it. I don't blame anyone for being annoyed about a disruptive flight.

But I didn't say I thought people with babies should never fly. I just wish there was an option where people could pay extra to fly separately from families. I don't think there's anything wrong with that- I pay extra to get a special service, you fly without getting dirty looks. Looks like a win-win situation to me.

Yeah me too.
We really need to find a place to get out of here.
My grandmother probably will have to pay for us to stay another month because we can't afford to.

No, i don't know any of his friends.
So I guess it's pretty much over and done with.
