A bit of good news, I don't have to have another procedure on my esophagus for another 3 months, that makes me happy the doctor was originally talking about having to do the procedure again in August.
He said I am improving, just have to keep working on getting better.

This is true. :) And it's something that I haven't seen on here too much. And most peoplea re interesting in it, so they'll be part of it

For the record, I still think we need pixel con badges.

It would be cool if the staff coulda whipped one up for us for the URE. But they've been pretty busy lately.

It was apparently customer vent day...aarrgghh.

Oh dear, "customer vent day" doesn't sound very appealing. But at least you made it through?

It just seemed like everyone came in just to rant about things that had nothing to do with our service.

And yeah customers can be super rude. >.< I work at a call center soooo yeah And the company I work for, lets just say I feel really bad for their customers because our company sucks. -not liable to say what company -
