"well you will see soon. We have had a curse put upon us by a evil sorcerer named rothbart. The adorable little black haired girl is Carmalita. She was transformed into a skunk. And this is Fang, she was turned into a fox. And this is Odette, whom is a swan. I must ask you to help us get free." she said. She notcied the sun about to come up.

He looked at Odette. "I think I know you from my town, your the daughter of a baker aren't you?" he asked her. He noticed the sun starting to come up. He wanted to know. He waited for her answer before he asked the queen about this curse and why it was put on them and stuff like that.

"yes i am" she said standing up. "it is a pleasure to meet you your highness" she said bowing. "i know what you are going to ask and i have the answer. it was put on the others when i tried reasoning with my cousin and he grew angry and put the spell on them. He put it on Odette the day that one of the animals accidently lead her here. His spys told them that she was able to use the crystal so he turned her so she couldnt stop him then found out that as long as she wore the crystal he could do nothing more. thanks to my magic they can turn human at night and when the sun rises well they turn back. watch" she said and as she said that the sun rose. Carmalita and Odette glew and they transformed.

Same with Fang. She turned back to a fox. He smiled at Odette and saw that they changed. "Oh, what were you trying to reason with him about?" he asked.

"about trying to take over this forest. He attacked and i sent my fairies to fight but this is what became of them. there are some others scampering about somewhere" she said. "but thats not what i want to talk to you about. i need to speak to you in private." she said. with that carmalita went into the woods and Odette swam into the middle of the lake and went to sleep.

Fang went off to go chase a moose and play with it, in the woods.

"the only way to rid the forest of Rothbart is if Odette is returned to her human self for good. only then can she fight him. For that to happen she must be given a vow of everlasting love. That is why i chose you. you have a pure heart. i can sense that about you. And you are looking for a bride. If you will, i would hope that you pick Odette. You two could spend some time together tonight then if you end up liking her you can invite her to your ball" she said.

"To be truthful, I've seen her around town, and I think that may work for both of us, I've been looking to be able to talk her. She's different, I do believe that I will talk to her." he said. "I actually ran into her a couple of times and I stopped seeing her after that, i never knew she'd be stuck her."

"no one from the village knows this place exist. but yo will have to speak with odette when she changes tonight" she said.

"I will be sure to do that." he said, he was kind of nervious about this, he felt some feelings for her as it was. He knew that he liked her, but he didn't know how she felt.

"you will due fine. Until tonight, stay hidden from Rothbart.. It may be best that you stay near the outside of the village but close to the forest" she said.

"I'll be fine, I'm sure I can find a place." he said. He walked off to where he came in and found a tree that had a hollow dug out under the roots and found the walls of it compact and the space clean enough. He wiggled in and laid down, he was well in when he was done and fell to sleep. He was tired from all of the stress.

Carmalita came out of the woods. "do you really think he is the one your highness" she asked. "lets hope so Carmalita" she said.

Fang came out a terrified mouse in her mouth. She dropped it and smiled. "I hope so too, I do hope that we can finsh rothbart before he gets too strong." she said.

"so do i fang" she said.

Night came and they all changed again. The queen went to where Daniel was and woke him up. "its time prince" she said.

He awoke at first not remembering where he was then remembered. "Okay." he said wiggiling out, his clothes weren't really effected from his borrowed burrow. He walked over to where Odette was and sat on a nearby rock, he found her by the water. He smiled up at the moon and thought of how good it was.

Odette smiled at him when he sat on the boulder. Then she began practicing her dancing. The queen eargered the prince to go over.

He smiled at her. "Want to dance?" he asked her. He blushed lightly, he felt kind of embarrassed, and he didn't usually around anyone.

"sure" she said.

He smiled and held her to dance. He started the dance and kept a good balance of leading and not. This is how he danced, it confused some people and irritated others, but the ones that didn't mind it liked it. "How would you like to go to the ball at the castle with me Odette?" he asked her while they were dancing.

"i would be honored" she said. She loved the way he was dancing.

He smiled and continued to dance with her. "Do you remember how we kept bumping into each other in town before you disappeared?" he asked her.

"how could i forget. i would always blush" she said.

"Why is that?" he asked chuckling lightly.

"because i knew you were the prince and i was nervous that you would try talking to me" she said.
