So it's not really my tablet that i'm worrying about, it's more the pen.

For those who have Bamboo tablets, have you ever had to get another pen?

I am not sure, have you check whether Bamboo have nibs to sell? Those are much cheaper than buying the whole pen.

I'm fairly sure I've seen before that they sell the tips, but I wouldn't really be the person to ask.

What kind of tablet do you have, and how long have you had it?

I use a Wacom Bamboo Capture, and I noticed my pen nib was shrinking and at first I was REALLY worried about it. i've never really seen the nibs sold separately, but my tablet came with a set of 3 or so extras, so i realized that will hold up for a long time.

thankfully, after the original period of wearing down, it seems as though it's sort of stopped. I think when I first got the tablet, i pressed too hard and wore down the nib alot. so perhaps, if you're new with tablets, you might be pressing down a bit hard? idk.

it should be noted though, that i've had my tablet just shy of 1.5 years, so i'm inexperienced. lol.

I believe any of these should work. Yes, nibs wear down over time with heavy use. I wore mine down so far once i had to pull it out with tweezers. Just replace it and you're good to go.

Usually, your tablet should come with extra nibs. If not, like others said, you just buy more either online or where you bought your tablet from.
