...Or maybe Hamtaro? I was really young, like 3-5...Maybe younger, but no way I could have memory of seeing anything that early. xD

Sailor Moon, Inuyasha, and Trigun. I watched them all around the same time frame and that's the first animes I'd ever seen. I was about twelve and I had sad crushes on the male characters. lol

Battle of the Planets/Science Ninja Team Gatchaman.
This was when I was... seven? eight? Way before I ever heard the term "anime", let alone knew it was animation from Japan.

Hmmm, does Pokemon count(cuz I've been watching that since the 90's)? If not, my first serious anime was Inuyasha, and my second serious one was Death Note. They were the ones on toonami, ya know when toonami used to be good and lasted the whole night instead of like three hours.

I never really got into Sailor Moon as a kid like a lot of my friends did. I didn't get behind the hype I guess? I never really cared for the animation style either.

Technically Speed Racer was my first anime, though I wasn't aware at the time what anime was. It was just a racing cartoon with an unusual type of art style.
I think the first anime I watched on purpose was Dragon Ball Z, though I didn't much care for it. My best friend at the time loved it though, so now decades later I'm stuck with more Dragon Ball trivia than I ever needed or wanted, lol. Also my other option at the time was Sailor Moon and no. Just.. no.
