When It's Night-Time

The black smoke starts to taint the blue skies
It is night-time again
The streets would get darkened by deep blue
Violets reflect too
The time when people would rest, would sleep
For others, to weep
And for me to seek
For the time I cannot find in daylight.
Wide awake all night
While my loved ones sleep tight
No attempts of waking them
I won't try to bother
For I am contented alone
'Til dawn, I'm up
'Til the morning's sunlight have shown.

That scent
Captivating
Alluring
Making my heart obey
The spell that you convey.
My mind
You can never control
But you captured
My heart, my soul
For I cannot refuse
The beauty I see
Your scheme to deceive
At all times
Makes me believe.

Often miles away
Superstars
Or
If just down the street
Unreachable
Untouchable
Can only be observed
By afar.
They are not directly looked in the eyes.
It can be
But it would not be easy.
They seem fragile.
They seem divine.
Inspiring yet embarrassing.

Ice Cold

You gave me
The coldest triggering feeling
I've ever felt
In the chest.
Realizing we're almost close
But did not have the rest.
I'm sorry for just being good
And not being at my best.
You like her, don't you?

Calling of The Night

I can hear a never-ending buzz.
Vibrating to my ears.
The soft cold thin air.
Embracing.
I looked up
Stared at the ceiling
Thinking
Why am I still awake
Despite of the night's horror
Of what it can cause
Nightmares? Ghastly illusions?
Strange noises of things falling apart.
I might be afraid
But it might also be
The calling of the night
Where the sleepless
Stays awake.

The hearts, amazed
Every woman
Would dream a miracle.
I might say, "Stop that! That look."
For it gives me a hook
A hook I can never resist
For I see sparks and glimmers
Clouds that shimmer
Rain that pours joy and bliss.

This liking I feel
Is just getting real
For I wept a bit
When you slipped away.
The pinch in my heart
Later, tearing apart
For I know
I may never see you again.
That you're gone.
You are done.
God took his angel back.

Like the flowing river
Let the liquids push me away
Like the whistling wind
Let my mind whirl faraway.

Drops

The rain won't stop
Heavy drops
Of eager waters
Hitting the roof
Making melodies of crackling metals.

As I listen to the rough rhythms
I thought of when it will stop
The flashes of suspicious lightnings
Seem to be warning men
On how mad nature can be.

Graying Fields

I walked in the graying fields today
Saw the pale greetings of the blossoms
Gazed at the sad hues of the sky
And thought how pale mornings could be
Without bringing happy tales in our sleeps.
