good. I think my hard work is really starting to pay off. it might be too soon to judge for sure. but, maybe, just maybe, i might actually be starting to lose weight.

yeah.. i hope so. but this weekend was a total loss. I over ate, went to medieval times (which is awesome) and didnt work out. I did clean the house a lot though. so thats good. it was just a different kind of productive weekend.

i have been busy myself. but we need to stay focused. this is the time that i typically break and stop working out. i havent been on my wii fit in days and that is terrible. so we need to keep our heads on and dont lose track. you can do this kirin, and so can i.

i dont think you need a wii fit. you just need to be motivated to do something. there are exercises you can do without a wii fit, just in your living room that will help dramatically if you do them every day. youtube has lots of examples.
