Mmmm okie. So I may have a fair shot. I couldn't get over the fact my face just didn't look right. :< I wanted her in that costume so bad as I thought it would be so appropriate for her. I thought maybe doing something funny, or strange, but thought no it's Cessy and she's just a little girl.

Maybe I'll try to think of something fitting for Mr. Mayor and make up a costume for him.

I like all colors really, so I don't mind at all what you use. *smiles*

I dressed her up as a Sweet Lolita. Now, I understand that it really isn't much of a costume but I just had to go with the idea! I added cakes to her dress because she loves sweets. Also, please don't mind my newbie colouring ; u;
