It's about two teenagers who have cancer. It's about love, life, death, and dying. It will make you laugh, sob, and grin like fool.

And yeah, I guess here's a god indicator. It hits pretty close to home for me. My mom's technically in remission. And I've had a few family members die from cancer and a cousin in remission from leukemia, and I sobbed, legitimately sobbed, for the last hundred pages.

there was a manga i read, it wasn't all finished so i ended up watching the jdrama movie about it so i could figure it out and i made the mistake of watching it at work when i did the over nights... i bawled my face off the whole night. so not good... but yea anyways it was about the couple, really young like near the end of high school and they were quite in love with each other and then the guy started acting like a complete dickweed and doing terrible things. the manga didn't get so far as to tell why so that's why i watched the movie. bad idea. boy had cancer so he was trying to make the girl hate him so when he died she wouldn't be sad. awful. makes me get teary just thinking about it. no lie

i do have another sherrilyn kenyon book. it's from a totally different series/universe though. it's from her league novels, born of night. i totally dig the brain fodder from time to time don't judge haha

Here's the weird thing about TFIOS, it breaks your heart mo doubt. But you walk away from it appreciating thins a bit more, mostly the power of love. I don't know how to describe it....but yeah I respect that. I avoided it for awhile but I'm really glad I did sit down to read it.

ah yes! it was you who i've talked to about her. i've looked at her stuff too but i don't know where to start and i see random books in stores so it's a little overwhelming as there is so many. much like sherrilyn's books lol soooo many!

With Christine Feehan, if you want to read her Carpathians series start with Dark Prince

Yep. It's a good series. Here website, which is just her name is really helpful for order. It's what I used when I was reading them

I've been summoned before, actually over spring break. But since I don't go to school in state, I'm exempt.

ooo lucky! my aunt got called to do it once but she got out of it because of some loop hole thing, like something similar happened to her so she would have been biased... or... something like that

I think it's best if you can avoid having to go at all.
