It is really hard x___x! It took me years to be able to draw different poses!
...OMG TTATT I hadgot a hard time drawing those stuffs so much after I entered art school X'D especially when I had to draw head turns in one of my animetion project x____x' but yeah....it takes time ;;A;; lots of times to be able to draw different things when we stick at something we usually do X'D

drawing takes you long *3*/ some people take months, some people take years. Depends on their efford tho :') ganbatte!

for the ref, for me is reading a lot of manga and try to use them as a reference :') not really is a copy. I meant, if you see a picture and draw from it just for practice doesn't mean you're an art thief :) I do that long time ago to be able to understand the body structure and the placement of some details...uh...and that's pretty much it X'D haha~ but still, make sure that you don't show any picture that you practice in public ;') .
