"...meh." He removed his hands and went back to flop on the couch.

He moved over, sitting on the arm of said couch.

Curls up in an over-sized armchair, tucking her legs under her. Pouts slightly because her lover boy disappeared., but is over it quickly. She pulls out a book and starts reading since things seemed to have calmed down.

Vlad slowly approaches, smiling grimly before taking a seat nearby.

Vex peeks over the top of the book at Vlad, raising an eyebrow. Of all people to sit near her it had to be him. Her threat level raises slightly before she lowers her eyes and goes back to reading, ignoring the man's presence the best she can.

He pops up from behind the couch, looking at the two. He says nothing for the moment, keeping himself quiet.

The three stay silent for a long while. Vlad softly pulls the energy from the air, tasting the tense situation as well as Discord's usual energy.

Leaning back against the couch, Vlad closes his eyes ... and then takes a small pull of Discord's energy. Opening one eye slightly, the male chuckles. "Bored."

As though to prove his point, he cools Vex's arm as well.

"Indeed," she said in response to Vlad's statement.

Feeling the coolness on her arm she took out a knife and threw it at the man who caused it without even looking.

He did not mind the chill, tilting his head a bit. Reaching down, he slid his usual dagger out of his boot. He began toying with it in a slightly amused manner.

Vlad knocks the blade thrown at him aside, seeming pleased with the reaction.

Glancing to Discord, Vlad reaches out to tap the tip of the blade in his hand. "Always bored here. "

He watches the action of the other, saying nothing for a moment. He then lifted his eyes, allowing his gaze to move to the other, "perhaps we should liven things up a bit then?" he says.

With a smile, Vlad licks the blood from the tip of his finger. "Let's."

Liven things up? That never was difficult for the two of them. Today, though, Vlad was in a rather unique mood. He was, for a lack of better terms, playful. Vlad lifted the blade that Vex had thrown at him, drawing it slowly over Discord's hand and licking the blood from the edge. "Not many can play like you can, as I've found."

At that particular comment, Vlad sent a glance at Vex. She'd been hurt by Vlad's initial attack during their training in the dome.

He glanced down at the blade sliding across his hand. As the red of blood surfaced, he watched it curiously. "Not many have the stomach for such games...or the stamina" he chuckled lightly, looking at the other once more. It was not meant to be directed at Vex, it was a general statement. Few could deal with the blood or broken bones and such that could result from their kind of fun. Both had quite a twisted sense of humor.

"Indeed." Vlad drew a line across Discord's hand again, creating an x. Again, he cleaned the blade with his tongue. "Most unfortunate."

Vlad watched the male's hand for a moment before lifting Vex's blade and throwing it at her suddenly. In that moment, Vlad grasped Discord's hand and pulled him against the couch to catch him by the back of his neck. Vlad chuckled and drew a sharp sting of energy from the boy's skin, sending a shiver through him.

He did not mind the second cut, the light sting across his skin from the blade was nothing to him. He looks at Vex as the blade was then thrown at her. Being pulled close, he would look into Vlad's eyes. He felt the chill at the back of his neck, where his hand resided. He lifts his wounded hand, teasing him by caressing his cheek with it. A bit of a smile would form upon his lips, as a red smudge would be left behind.

How fitting that crimson streak was. Vlad lightly pushed his cheek against the hand as though to leave more of a mark behind. The action was quick, almost like he was pushing Discord's hand away.

Vlad tilted his head, his claws breaking the skin at Discord's neck. It was a pinprick, nothing more.

His own energy talents began a pull of their own, drawing back from Vlad, countering his chill. He did not move his eyes though, not minding the actions one bit. As his hand rested against the other's cheek however, a building of energy from his hand began to heat up the other's cheek in a burning sensation. He pushed away from him, taking a few steps back as he lightly lifted his hands to his lips and licked away the blood. His wound was already beginning to try and heal, from his energy stimulating his cells within his hand. He was out of Vlad's reach for now, his look playful and almost taunting to the other.

The burn did nothing to push Vlad away. He merely waited it out, knowing that the sensation would fade momentarily. He tilted his head, watching as Discord stepped away. The energy within the boy was shifting, that much Vlad could tell.

With a slight smile, Vlad looked down at the couch, and then back to Discord as though to say "I just got comfortable." Instead of speaking, Vlad slowly stood. The cold bit at Discord's feet as though trying to keep him from running off.

Frost, unfortunately, flickered over Vex's fingers and book - he was definitely still doing his best to bother her, it seemed.

Vlad took a casual step toward Discord, reaching out to push the youth back lightly.

The other seemed intent on making things icy. It almost made Kanra chuckle a bit. He tilts his head, saying nothing himself, giving nothing away. He glanced over at the girl, as Vlad continued to torment her. He noted the hand coming towards him from Vlad, stepping back out of his reach once more easily. He smirked lightly, his own energy countering the chill with a heat of its own. He was feeling energized and passionate right now, which was a part of the reason why his energy was having such a heated effect. He finally let the chuckle escape from his lips, as he moved his hips behind his back. His fingers intertwined, looking at Vlad still.

She did her best to ignore the two nearby, but they made it hard. Living up things did sound nice. Every so often she peered over her book at the two males.

Though Vex knew that Discord’s comment wasn’t directed at her, it still irritated the silver haired woman. Vlad had managed to catch her off guard which was her mistake. One she didn’t plan on making again anytime soon.

She used her book to block the blade Vlad threw at her. Her pale eyes were cold as she glared at the man. A small smile appeared on her lips as she assumed that the knife being thrown was an invitation for her to play as well. Her smile widened to a grin when as she watched Discord smudged the others face with blood.

Vex watched the two. A freezing cold came over her fingers and she knew it was Vlad’s doing. Though her fingers ached from the chill she pulled the blade from her book. The woman uncurled herself and moved so that she was sitting on the far chair arm. “How boring…” She threw the blade at Vlad once again. Something seemed off in her throw possibly due to the aching of her fingers or something else.

Vlad frowned as Kanra moved just out of reach. The way the youth looked at him with a hint of mocking playfulness made the tall criminal reach for him again. It was always a game of cat and mouse ... until, of course, it turned into two forces of energy fighting for dominance.

Instead of just reaching for Discord, Vlad stepped forward. He would force him back, then. Eventually there would be a wall or furniture in the way.

Vlad wouldn't have noticed Vex's blade if it hadn't come so close to its mark. Of course his earlier movement had been an invitation to play. That's all this was - a playful bout. Why not have three instead of two? Vlad shot a strangely playful look over to Vex, and then looked back to Discord. His gaze was another invitation. This invitation was to trap Discord. Granted, working together wasn't their strong suit ... ever. Still. For the sake of the game, perhaps it could be.

He tilted his head, curious as to what the tall man had going on in that head of his. He knew either way it would most likely turn into a ploy to get him to let his guard down, to let Vlad close. But perhaps it could work both ways if done right. He chuckled lightly, seeing Vlad playful should have probably creeped those who knew him out. He was almost never playful, but being who he was, creepy was almost within Kanra's norm. He watched the other silently for now, before shifting his eyes to the female. So, she was going to play along to? That was fine with him, the more the merrier as they say. More of a chance to do some damage and have some fun, before those god forsaken agents stepped in.

Perched on the chair arm she watched a dark grin on her lips at the sight of her blade coming close to its mark. Her head tilted slight at the look Vlad gave her. She understood what he wanted, but teaming up with him really? Glancing at Discord she had an idea, a wonderfully deceptive idea. Vex pulled out a few knives, throwing them at the boy and as she did giving him a barely noticeable nod. She aimed to make sure none would hit him.

For now she could play with the two males and make it look like she was teaming up with Vlad. The woman moved from her perch and moved to behind the chair. She pulled more blades out of what seemed to be thin air, her eyes moving back and forth between the two men. With a grin she used her power to move behind Discord without him noticing. “Be careful boy, don’t let him have his way,” she whispered quietly, so Vlad wouldn’t hear, into his ear as she held a blade to his throat. “Shall I help you trap him instead?” Glancing at Vlad she let go of the boy and quickly moved away. She would wait to see what Discord’s choice would be.

Seeing Kanra back away, Vlad continued to push forward. Of course he was maneuvering the boy to a better placement for attack. That was how Vlad thought.

He raised an eyebrow when one of Vex's blades flew in Discord's direction. Vlad was almost surprised that Vex agreed to join him. That wasn't to say that he relied on her, but her action was something else to play off of. The blades thrown helped push Discord back further, closer to the wall.

Vlad lashed out, missing Discord by mere inches. That was when Vex stepped in, phasing into place behind the boy. She had him by the throat. Vlad didnt' stop to lower his claws. Instead, when Vex disappeared, the criminal pushed forward. There was a surge of cold, and the room dropped in temperature. Vlad took in everything as he moved forward - even energy from Vex herself - and rammed into Discord with as much force as he could muster.

Time to play hard.
