Currently, the Descender game doesn't give gold.

Beforehand, some users had found a way to hack the system from it to get extra gold unfairly. Until this issue is resolved with the coding, it won't give out gold. ^^ The best bet to get gold from *any* of the games is to play Fishing-- it'll take awhile but, eventually, you'll be able to make a profit from it.

I may take this rather serious but if I would advertize for example my art shop here on Menewsha, would I be in trouble?

Umm im very new here and i uhh nedd some help well actually i needd a lot of help if someone would be kind ehough to help me i would greatly aprreciate it im new and i dont know how to earn gold and yeah so please reply thanks :D

alepto- when setting up a thread you may double post.. places where you might double post to set up are the market, menewsha nation, quests, rules and explaining them, art shops, and charity's. places that allow repeat topics is the avatar chat.

@Arc: It depends. If someone asks if you have an art shop, or it's an art request thread, then you are welcome to inform them you have an art shop. You can also include a link to your art shop in your signature. Otherwise, advertising is considered spam. I hope that helps! ^^

@alepto29: When you are making a shop or a thread that requires multiple posts on the front page to ease organization, you're welcome to make more than one post in a row. But that's the only exception.

@tothpick21: Is there anything specific you are confused about? If you read this thread it explains how to earn gold, otherwise we have plenty of guides available in the Fresh Meat forum or I recommend visiting the Adopt-A-Newbie thread to be assigned a mom/dad to give you personal help while you get to know the site. ^^ You also are welcome to PM me or another moderator if you have other questions.

Thank you so very much for explaining Eve everything out! :D It' pretty simple now that I think about earning gold. The only thing is, Why are you not given any hair when you sign up or anything else? For example, sites normally give you like 100 gold and you don't get anything on this site??? :D :roll: :gold:

@Snowkoyuki: You actually do get hair for free, and you can change that any time. ^^ Just go to the "My Avatar" section and click the Hair tab. You can pick any style and color available on that table (you might have to double-click for it to show up).

This really helped a lot. When I first joined this site I had no idea how to earn gold (I came from Gaiaonline, so I'm used to just randomly earning gold. xD), and now I do! xD

I have no idea why I registrated here.... you can erase my account, I don't care, but I disagree with your rules.. you just try to earn yourself and you don't think about new users... completely disaster...

@Mezumiiru: It's difficult to find a way to distribute gold fairly to both new and old users, but so far things have been working under our rules. Yes, new users do generally take alarm that gold takes time to earn, but that's also something many users enjoy about Menewsha. I'm sorry you disagree, but I hope you find some place that fits your preferences better. ^^

This answered several of my questions. Thank you. And since I'm new here, I need all the help I can get. I'm someone who tends to lurk more than post. But if I don't post then I'm not going to make gold, so this makes it a little easier to figure out the site.
