I suppose there are, but I've never sought them out before. I noticed all the goggles and belts, which have some charming detailing.

the only item that actually has gears is the headwings in the steampunk headgear. there are lots of items that are steampunk without gears. the magnifying occulars for example. the goggles, the duvalian items from the last steampunk event... just for some examples.
