Agreed. It's usually hard to get something out of your head when it gets stuck, which is pretty annoying.

I really don't want to go to work today. For one, it's Christmas Eve, and two, I twisted my ankle last night and it hurts to put any kind of pressure on it. Just going to take a bunch of ibuprofen with me to manage the pain.

Ouch, I'm really sorry to hear that, Seiki. I hope that you don't have a strenuous day and it heals up nicely for the holiday.

It wasn't actually that bad walking on it all day. There were a few times where it hurt, but I didn't have to do much, luckily.

Ouchies, sorry to hear about your ankle. One time I messed up my ankle really bad and it kept getting twisted every few weeks for at least a year. So... I feel your pain. Get a brace if it continues bothering you; they're not too expensive and they can help quite a bit. Bengay, too.

And we have an ankle brace from when my brother broke his ankle. After he got the cast taken off, the doctors wanted him to wear a brace. And the ibuprofen helped a lot while I was at work so it wasn't too bad.

Dys, All I had to do was stand there and fold clothes. I pretty much stood on my left leg the whole time, and hobbled about the store when I did have to walk. And my manager put me in the changing rooms so I didn't really have to go very far if I did have to walk for something.

Haha, there was one week when I got both my ankles twisted within a few days of each other. That was a great week in middle school.

I can imagine. Middle school is torture enough without not being able to walk.

After the second ankle was twisted, a principal stopped buses from leaving to let me hobble to my bus. Middle school, good times, good times.

Haha, I'm a her for future reference, though I do occasionally have a male avatar.
I got a bigger guy pushed into me after walking past a small hallway scuffle, got pushed into lockers and landed badly on my ankle. It was while I was trying to get to the buses. A principal got called to deal with the fight and saw that I was injured and stopped the buses. Stuff like that happened in my school every once in a while.

Aww, that's so horrible! At least the principal had the buses stop for you. :) I remember in middle school I fell during a relay race in gym and I hurt my foot. Luckily I wasn't hurt too badly and just had pain for a few days.

I've fallen several times in class or come close. It's pretty ninja when I stop a fall. But once someone thought I was about to get down and pray! :XD

I never once got hurt while in school, just fyi. It wasn't until after I graduated that I started getting hurt >>

I've never been so hurt badly that I had to go to get a cast, crutches, etc. Just pain for a while.

I think everyone at my middle school got hurt in some way. In seventh or eighth grade, so many people broke their legs at one point in the year. It was crazy!
