Mika reminds me of Freddie Mercury, their vocals are very similar.

I listen to most music, it depends on my mood. If I'm drinking I prefer to listen to upbeat chart music. If I'm angry or down, I love to listen to metal. If I'm relaxing I listen to indie. If I'm bored I'll go all nostalgic and listen to funny songs. And the list just goes on.

My top five would probably be:

1) Green Day
2) Nirvana
3) Runrig
4) Franz Ferdinand
5) Blink 182

I don't have any favorites. XD; It just depends on the individual song and my mood, not the genre or artist. However, I do have a harder time finding hip hop and rap songs I like.

I'm not even sure how to describe my music taste! My top five go something like this:

1. Keane
2. Owl City
3. LIGHTS
4. The Boy Least Likely Too
5. Avril Lavine

I generally consider my taste quite eclectic though, willing to listen to most things apart from heavy rap, death metal and the like. Most of the music i really enjoy is from the 60's through to the 80's, which was the only music i ever heard before i was about 14.

Hmm... I would say that I like songs that have a meaning to it, more emotional than the typical radio song like Nicki Minaj. My top 5 favorite artists are:
1. Coldplay
2. Big Bang (kpop)
3. Florence and the machine
4. 2ne1 (kpop)
5. snow patrol

I listen to music from all different genres, really (well, except rap and country), but my favorite genre is symphonic metal.

My top five favorite bands (if I had to choose) would be:
1. Nightwish
2. Within Temptation
3. Sirenia
4. Delain
5. Evanescence

I also like Leave's Eyes, Lacuna Coil, Asrai... and I could probably keep listing more for a while if I wanted to. xD

And I like a lot of artists from other genres as well; some of my other favorites are Sarah McLachlan, Emilie Autumn, Vanessa Carlton, Mary Chapin-Carpenter, and Adrian von Ziegler.

That's kind of hard for me to say. I don't have a specific genre rather I listen to the song and if I can visually make a story inside of my head, I like it. So, most of the music I have are instrumentals, or the band/artist uses different instruments, that's like a win for me.

I like rock and alternative. When I'm at my computer I like to listen to instrumental music because I find it easier to think and read without vocals.

Some of my favorite bands include: Chevelle, Strata, 30 Seconds to Mars, God Is An Astronaut,
Evans Blue, Cold, Apocalyptica and varies artists from OCRemix.

Hmmm, top five in no particular order are: The Beatles, My Chemical Romance, Green Day, Panic! at the Disco, and probably Paramore.

I really am willing to try most anything, or at least not immediately turn it off. I can tolerate a good deal of country and rap, and I'm actually fond of screamo as long as it's melodic.

Honestly I don't quite know. It's so diverse from Jpop songs to German to English to computer generated to nature to parodies... It's more the rhythm I care about ^^

A smorgasbord of many types. I prefer music with vocals, so songs from musicals, anime theme songs, some indie musics, classic rock, and original songs made by youtubers.

As far as genres go I like a lot of Electronic music, like goa, trance, dubstep, ambient, chiptunes, house, 80's hardcore; I'm addicted to most of it.

I also like grunge/rock/metal and variations within those genres, I like prog rock, classic rock, punk, classical music indie music.

Gah, I like a lot more then just that too, those are just my favorites.

The genre of music I usually listen to would probably be just K-pop and J-pop! ^^" I do like to listen to English songs as well but thats when I am stuck in the 1990s and early 2000s. There are barely any newer songs that can really catch my attention nowadays...

Sometimes I do find myself enjoying really old school music like those from my father's time. Abba, BeeGees, The Rolling Stones. I may not know the name of the artistes but I still sing along when I hear the songs :)

Yeah... I feel old >.<
