aww... I know there is a layer of shiny oil on the pan... when everything is gone.
Everything have a bit of oil in it...

I don't think that I have encounter that very oily pizza before then...
Maybe because our bread is thicker?

i think its just the shear amount of oil that comes out of the meats and cheese when its cooked.

Cheese naturally has the oil in it. I think it's because the milk is supposed to be a nutritious, fatty food, you know? To help the calves put on weight.

ughh no more milk for me then. my calves have enough meat on them

It give me bad breath, I still like it.

I try to avoid pizza that has a lot of oil/grease on it because if it has a lot it makes me sick.
Usually the ones that are really oily/greasy are the ones that have pepperoni and other meats on them.

hmm... I am pretty sure even the vegetarian ones leave a layer of shining oil on my plate or on the pan.

That is possible because of the oil from the cheese it if has cheese. Plus most places put butter or a thin layer of oil in the bottom of the pan when they bake the pizza.
