Amanda heard what Flora said, so she got her friend a fork only. And thinking about what kind of food she had gotten for herself, Amanda decided she would only need a fork as well. So she put the spoons and knives back and just got two forks and a handful of napkins. Then, she looked to see where Flora was heading, and followed behind her. She saw that Flora was looking for a table to sit down at, so Amanda also looked around to see if there were any open tables.

"There are two seats open over there," Amanda said after a few seconds of searching. She pointed to a table near the center of the room. There were two free seats there. Although the cafeteria was not extremely crowded at the time, it seemed that a lot of the tables were occupied regardless. Some people were eating, others just hanging out, and some were even studying and doing homework.

Flora nods her head into a okay to Amanda. looking over at the table she had pointed at before starting. to walk over to it while humming to her self. maybe she should add music class to her choice's. for the next semester since they are allowed to pick out new class's then. besides their majors unless they finish them. but Flora sometimes wonder if she should be a art teacher?

It would take more years to become a teacher. yet like the idea of being able to help teach a new generation. some art styles could be hard to learn. especially the lost art styles those would be a challenge. even for Flora her self for some reason she loves to study. history about anything even about extinct animals. to bad they could not study some of the ones form the past. yes she is odd at times even if she is a half goddess. to bad the school can't get some endangered animals. if they could study even one of them they mighty be able to help save it.

Amanda sat down at the table with her friend Flora beside her. "This food smells sooooo good" she exclaimed as she set her bag down and unpacked the yummy salmon, steamed vegetables, and eggplant parmesan she had ordered. "Yikes, I wonder if I can even finish all of this food!" Amanda wondered, seeing as the portions were pretty big. She started to dig in. "This is so good!"

Amanda looked over at her friend, who had sat down with her at the table and was also eating her dinner. "How is your food?" she asked Flora.

Paige's calculus class went by in what felt like to her, a blur. The professor as always seemed to drone a bit, his voice doing nothing pleasing to the ears. If a class went too slow, she felt herself lingering on emotions, but the boring professor elicited bored emotions and he himself never seemed to feel anything strongly. To any other person, that would make the class distressing, but he always left them the last third of the class to work out the three problems he'd written on the board themselves and turn in their answers when they finished. Tapping her fountain pen against the desk's edge, she let her mind drift away from the math problem. Tonight, it was a full moon and a special night. Not only were-creatures felt their power strengthen on the full moon. It was just something in the air. Something magic just loved.

After finishing up the problems just a little before the class' assigned end-time, Paige headed out. It wasn't that the sky was darkening already, but she could feel a chill in the air brought on by the early rise of the moon. She could see it just lifting up from the horizon. Tonight, the local witch's coven would meet for the occasion and she looked forward to the chance to let her true colors out. She could still remember when she first heard of the coven. In these times with magic only a whisper from legends, such knowledge had to be passed by word of mouth, mostly within family and close friends to keep it secret. Most of the real magical communities worked this way rather than the false human imitations. Paige resisted joining when she first came to school, fearing the close proximity to others, but now, she couldn't be without it on strong witching hours.

With her books placed in the room, she pulled a thick black cowl from her closet and folded it over her arm, pulling the amethyst charm out from under her shirt as she did so. She wouldn't put the cowl on under dark descended, but tonight, she would go into town and be a witch.

The salmon, eggplant parmesan, and steamed vegetables were so delicious! Amanda ate her food with gusto, enjoying every bite, alternating between bites of the three dishes and sips of her water from her bottle. Beside her, Flora seemed also to be enjoying her food, in fact so much so that she did not answer her question of how her food was. But it was clear from watching her between bites that her food was delicious as well.

Finally, they finished their dinners. "I'm so glad we were able to get dinner together," Amanda said to her friend cheerily. She helped Flora pick up and carry all the trash to the nearby bins, which were divided into slots for garbage, composting, and recycling. "I love that our school is environmentally conscious," Amanda commented, tossing their used napkins and biodegradable trays into the composting bin. She refilled her bottle of water before putting that back into her bag for later.
