The free runners on Top Gear are incredible.

What is Top Gear?

It's a show about cars but the hosts make it interesting even if you're not big on the subject. In this episode there was a race through the old BBC television centre and one team was free runners.

It does sound interesting..

I think they show it on BBC America, other countries have their own versions.

There's another car show here called Fifth Gear but I don't know if it's still on.

I never heard of that.

It was generally seen as not being as good as Top Gear.

Hello, sorry I haven't been around much today. Haven't felt that well so I've been walking a lot outside.

taking a nice walk outside, always makes me feel better most of the time. it's good to get outside at least a little everyday.

I ended up walking round town far many more times than necessary because I kept forgetting to look in certain shops.

well that happens, you get distracted with looking at other things

I wanted to compare prices but I kept missing shops out.
