Me too. Thay are too cute. I got the bee slippers last night, but still want to get the pandas. I may have to finally break down and donate for them, but I really don't have the cash. -.-; *just bought washer and dryer*

Yeah. I really couldn't afford it, but I was on the verge of a meltdown and needed to do laundry in machines that would actually clean the clothes. Thank goodness for credit cards. ^^;;

congrats on buying a washer and dryer though fflur! It's sooo much better than going to a laundromat. *shudders*
my next large purchase for the house is a dresser for me, sharing one with the husband just isn't working. I have too much clothes! XD

Oh and the laundromat is horrid. The only benefit to that is that all your clothes are done at the same time.

I think next on my list is a new couch since ours kinda broke in the move. ^^; It made it all the way to the new place, and then the back broke. Thankfully its one of those recliner sofas so two of the three seats are still good. ^^;

I think Joe has more clothes than me. XP

I was asked how much it would cost for a night with me at the last laundromat I went to. I had my daughter there with me she was maybe 18 months old. I didn't acknowledge the guy, grabbed all my clothes and my daughter (no small feat considering it had been 2 weeks since I last did laundry) put everything and my daughter in the car and left. that night when my husband came home I told him I was never going there again and that if he wanted his laundry washed he could either do it himself, or buy me a washer/dryer. he opted for the latter. thank god.

O.o Ewww! I can't believe that someone would actually do that! I've never been propositioned before, but I've gotten some of those looks that just make you shudder. I'm glad you got out of there though, I would have probably had the same reaction.

Our couch doesn't look too bad, but it has been getting older. My parents gave it to us 4 years ago, so its probably about 10 years old now. ^^;

Ours was from my husbands mom, who had gotten it from one of her girlfriends so we have no clue how old it is. we both want a new one, but there are more important things to buy first. at least it still works as a couch. (and we're considering hiding it's ugliness with a couch cover XD)

At least it was free. From what I've heard couch covers are great, especially if you have kids. I guess since they are easier to wash than a whole couch. ^^;
