SETTING
NeonTech; a world of technology and neon lights. Somewhere in the future, where hover cars, robotic servants, and enormous skyscraper cities exist. A society where almost everyone is a computer programmer, and wars are fought over cyberspace. Spies on the internet, mini computers everywhere, and a dark situation that is unnoticed by all but very few.

Since I am setting this up in case we want to invite other people, I might as well post some rules. XD

RULES
1) Follow Menewsha's rules, of course.
2) Be respectful! In other words, don't be rude, and keep it pg-13 please.
3) Be as literate as possible. Just no one or two word posts...
4) Multi-OC's is fine, just notify myself and Rissa.
