Amelia: I know the feels, I have a massive sweet tooth myself, I have a love of all things sweet. >u<

Laurelle: Very true! I don't usually worry about gaining weight though, I loose weight easier than I gain it... ^^; That picture is adorable! XD The kids got that look on his face like; "Go ahead, eat one, I dare you!" XD

Laurelle: I work in a kennel, and we have very strict policies about taking time off during the busy months. xD

Thumper: Me too. I practically have to starve myself all day so I can eat tons and tons of dessert....at least I wish I did! So yummy!

Ooh, lucky~ I have no trouble with gaining the weight, especially when it comes to dessert. xD
However, being gluten free has helped me say "no" to most desserts unless they're actually gluten free, lol.

Laurelle; It would be fun if there was actually a lot of time for that. Most kennels the employees are faaaar to busy overseeing the general care of the animals, cleaning, and dealing with customers to actually sit around and play with them.

It kind of bugs me. >.<
I buuust my butt at work every day, you know. I run around like a madman, and I come home seriously sore from all the hard labor involved in jobs like this. It can be extremely stressful at times, you barely have a minute to breathe sometimes.
Then I come home, exhausted, and my friends are like "Hey, well your job is easy. You play with animals." Nooo, I wish. Haha

Okay, at least you can interact with the animal some while providing general care. :)

I guess it just seems like a stereotype for that job. I had no idea how hard it can actually be.
It definitely sounds like the job keeps you on your toes. I know I'd rather be busy working & be thankful for that little break than being bored at my job. Though, sometimes I welcome the slow days at work - it makes for some good study time.

I mean don't get my wrong, I LOVE my job. xD
Just imagine it's like, I threw 70 babies at you and expected you to care for them, clean up after them, and deal with their parents calling every twenty minutes to ask how they are...not as glamorous as it sounds.
But I wouldn't trade it for any other field of work. <3

Sheez, 70 babies would be a lot. o__o

Nah, I was just expressing my disappointment that I had to go to work. But I'm back now! I would like to quit my dead end job and become a full-time Companion! (Jeesh, that's hard to say out loud.)
