i have a cough mostly right now, that's all today. before that it was headaches, today i had a bit of dizzy spells but that could be from not feeling well and the energy drink i had.

well my 6 yr old brother had the flu and i believe i just have a cough due to allergies and weather changes.
I don't think I am that sick yet, otherwise I wouldn't be online or anything.

uh what are your symptoms? there was a time i took flo naze...dunno if you spell it that way, but it can be under four dollars for a spray bottle. that or sinus congestion pills, the cheap stuff doesn't make you drowsy.

umm well Im usually not good at describing symptoms haha
do you know at the end of a cold when you can still feel the phlem in your nose goig into the back of your throat and the only way to get rid of it is to swallow it? I have that and every time I sneeze or cough I get this stabbing pain in my temple.
I do have a nose spray but Im sort of to lazy to remember to do it. Pills would help though

This this is like sudafed but the store brand and it works well, though its a bit pricy either way.But if you get sudafed or anything make sure its a decongestant. The one I take is this one and this one was my second choice when they took the first one off the shelf at my old work clickie
