Alexander smiled softly, "Nothing, just wanted to sit here." He pasted her a flask, "Want a sip? It keeps ya warm." He looked out at the sky as watched the waves in the distant.

"If it's alchohol, then no." she remarked, wrinkling her nose at shaking her head, a frown in place. Looking out into the distance, Rhianwen scooted away, giving the captain a cold shoulder.

Alexander shrugged a bit, "Oh Well your lost." He took a big swig from his flask as he stood up.
He began to hum a bit as he went back to the helm of the ship. "Yo ho ho........." As he walked to the helm a parachment fell out of his vest.
He began to direct the ship outwards, as he watches to waves pick up a bit as he smiled to himself.

Reaching for the parchment, Rhianwen usually respected others privacy, or tried to, but she was also very curious by nature. Deciding that there was no harm in reading it, after all, the man had picked her up and taken her with him against her will, she opened it up.
Unfolding the paper in her hands, the young woman began to read it's contents.

The parachment was a well drawn out map of a a couple of grouped islands. Also notes on the map written in latin as all over the map. They were marking landmarks and also places with the last stop being the last time they were on land.

As Rhianwen tried to translate the map with what limited Latin and Latin roots she knew, she ended up re-reading the map several times. Finally, she noticed with dismay how little he was on land and how often he stayed out at sea. The numbers and timelines in the notes were evidence of that. "What islands are these?"

Alexander looked toward Rhianwen, "They are the 7 islands of treasure. Legand states that a great leader once buried all his riches on one of the island and left clues on the other 6 islands. Many haved searched and tried, but all have failed. So I figured its my turn to prove them wrong." He smirked at her as he snatched his map back from her. "Thank you."

Blinking at his explanation, the flame haired woman shook her head. "So..A fool searching for fool's gold. Great..." leaning on the railing, she watched the sea, sighing in distress and sadness. She was stuck with this man for his entire trip, and she was never asked. Well, she could always make life hell for him, make him regret stealing her. Yeah, that seemed like a good idea.

Soothed by the idea, she tried her best to ignore the captain.
