I'm the sort of gal who, when I have really bad days, I go home and listen to either rebellious or sorrowful music, and I'm looking for advice on songs that I can add to my next pity party iTunes playlist. Yeah, I know, sounds like a pointless mission, and without reason, but I bet I'm not the only one here who listens to music to feel better.

I do that, too. Actually, me and a few friends were having a discussion about music and depression last night. The only person who didn't listen to sad or angry music after a bad day listened to English folk music instead. o,O

Huh, so I ought not be ashamed of my Putomayo Celtic Tides CD? I often find myself singing Caledonia on crappy days.
