I feel fine, I was just eating some soup and I felt like a golf ball in my mouth, well it felt like that and I went really hot so I ran upstairs and the inevitable happened, I Puked.

All that matters is that you are feeling fine now. It's never good to be sick. I was yesterday morning. But after I ate a little bit I felt much better.
