It's late at night for me. I ended up waking up at around 8, too, so once I finally got settled, trying to fit with my nephew on the couch, and got to sleep, I probably got about four hours... but then I slept for a little while in the afternoon, finally, while listening to Coldplay.

I don't post early in the morning! I don't even know what it means to wake up early!
But I got shitty sleep last night. I need to work on sleeping better.

Well I don't... I'm not one to wake up early, either, it's just that I woke up to go with my nephew to school and to go have breakfast with my grandma lol.

I used to be able to sleep until noon until I had kids. Now, even if my hubby gets up with them so I can sleep in, I'm not able to sleep later than 8am. :|

I keep a regular sleep schedule. I find I'm better off that way. Go to bed around 11-11:30, wake up around 8 usually.

Well, I would be able to have a regular sleep schedule of going to sleep at like, four and waking up in the afternoon, but my family sort of gets in the way of that plan...
My nephew, he was the reason that I woke up early and even though I was up late for a totally separate reason he was the reason I couldn't get to sleep quite as easily...
It's gonna be a long time before I even think about thinking about having children.

I'm glad my nieces and nephew don't really bother my sleep because they never really sleep here ^^ That, and once I'm asleep, I sleep like a log xD

Well I had a hard time getting to sleep in the first place, because I couldn't get comfortable. But he only spent the night because my sister was out at Rothbury, a music festival, for several days.

Oh, if I'm tired enough, I can sleep anywhere. It's kind of sad. A music festival... O.o

Well even if I could fall asleep, I would wake up in pretty bad pain... I got to sleep finally lol.
Yeah, a music festival. You never heard of Woodstock or Bonnaroo or Lollapalooza? A concert with a bunch of bands, for a few days, several stages... this one is like hippiemania apparently, lol.

Hello! What's everyone up to today?
My kids are visiting their grandparents so I finally have time to get my hair colored and cut!

Poet's playground: I know what a music festival is xD I guess, I'm so use to my sisters-in-law staying home with their kids that I just don't see them going away for a few days (then again, their kids are real little)
How old is your nephew, by the way?
Lissi: Sounds like fun ^^ I, however, am completely lazy and never go to get my hair cut (though the cut I have now should probably be kept up). I also don't really color my hair... I did once (and it was highlights) but it's too expensive for me D;
Edit: Oh, and I've decided I wanted to make cupcakes today =D
Edit again: 11 hours ;_;
edit again again: Nearly 23.5 hours ;_;

Well, I'm happy with the color but the stylist cut it too short! Almost 2 inches shorter than what I told her. Gah - I guess I'll get used to it. And thank goodness my hair grows quickly.

I think stylists always intentionally cut off more than you tell them to. They get scissor happy...
I'm thinking about dying my hair this week. It's been months since I last colored it.

Lissi: Hm, don't stylists usually wet your hair/you get it shampoo-ed? I find that there can be noticeable different in length between dry hair and wet hair. But 2 inches is a bit much -.-; I usually don't care about my hair though ^^:

My nephew is four. And sorry for the confusion. If I had kids I would want to do things on my own, too... she just wanted a break, his dad does all the fun stuff with him and has him on his schedule, screw everyone else, and my sister has to be the disciplinarian and do all the stuff he doesn't like, and she wanted a break to have for herself...

Completely understandable. I don't think brother #1 or sister-in-law #1 are going to get a break anytime soon ^^; They just had another kid on June 9th, so maybe in a couple of years...
