To the Man of Despair

As you sit and read this you’re Lady of Sorrows gets ever so lonely
She longs for your touch of Despair
She sighs, wondering what you’re doing
And when she thinks to hard of how lonely she is
A dark hole opens in her heart and she cries out
Holding her chest she screams your name
Wishing you were here to comfort her
When she is done being scared she runs to her room
Sits on her floor and weeps
But then you call and make her feel better
With your phenomenal voice you calm her down
And now the hole closes
If only for a bit

Dear Man of Despair

Your words steal happiness out of people’s thoughts
Your touch freezes all hope and throws it into hell
Your heart once stopped beating
Until your unworthy eyes fell on the Lady of Sorrows
She was sitting there, lonely and afraid, her heart locked away
But your heart began to beat and she heard it, longed for it
You spoke to her and only happiness remained in her thoughts
When you touched her she longed for your body to touch hers
She cried, knowing she couldn’t be saved
But then you kissed her and the lock broke, no key was needed
It was you dear sweet Man of Despair
The key to her heart was you
Now she has you and you have her
Sadness gone loneliness never to come back
To love forever under the sheets of Sorrow and Despair
