Oh we got a lot of wind here. But did you notice how it went clear blue skies for a second? Like nature was giving it all to get rid of us XD

Granted Washington just wants to rain hell on anyone... it don't care if it's cloudless in the sky >.>"

Canada. And nope, I haven't been out of the country. US wouldn't be my first choice as a vacation spot. I'd love to go to Egypt or India though.

Ooh... India sounds too crowded for me though but I'd never really been outside the US... Victoria Island tourist spot doesn't count as far as I see it...

We could use a good dramatic thunderstorm. There was one really late last night starting to brew up, but I conked out early and I think missed most of it. :(

I like my nice bright sun-shiney weather, don't get me wrong...but a overly theatrical rainstorm is always a treat too. Watching the grey clouds roll in and the sky light up. The sound of raindrops splashing up against the window. Makes me want to curl up and read a story to match the mood.

That's true... haha though my sister was always the one who glued her face to the window before anyone else.

Personally after having a lightning strike light up the entire house repeatedly... I stopped caring... o.o

Your house was struck by lightening? What was that like? I've been on a plane that's been struck by lightening before. That didn't go over well with the passengers...

It wasn't struck but it had to be pretty darn close. From that side of the house the living room and the kitchen are visible so that entire area flashed bright white and it lit to my bedroom in the corner of the house a bit I'm sure o.o
But this happened twice though I wasn't by a window so instead of seeing the strike (which probably would have given temporary blindness) I saw the whole house light up both times. It also had hail the size of a dime or bigger o.o

Haha yeah I wouldn't panic about a lightning strike on a plane. I know the guy who developed the lightning rods for one of em.

I hope one of his lightening rods wasn't attached to the plane, because it doesn't speak well of his work. Fireballs shot through the cabin, and bits of the ceiling feel off. Even the flight attendants were freaking out. It was the second time in my young life (I was about 8) that I thought I might die.

Well they're SUPPOSED to channel the electricity elsewhere... not through the entire plane... I think they use it to charge a battery or something.
