I'm sorry to hear that. Things are going well at my job. And yes, I'm taking a break right now as I am on hometime.

What have you been doing to stay busy? I'm imagining...crossword puzzles. XD

Crossword puzzles? Nah.

I ran errands yesterday. Visited friends. Even saw one of my buddies from my pizza delivery days.

If I weren't so lazy, I'd go fill in parts of the dirt easement that wash away with rain and cut away some overhanging branches.

That sounds like fun! It must be good to get a chance to catch up with everyone.

It is. But my time away from the rigors of managing the tractor is short.

I'm sorry you aren't feeling so well. I'd bring you some stuffy head, fever, aching, cold, sniffles, sneezing, coughing, hacking up a lung, runny nose, watering eyes, so you can rest medicine if I could.

And ratty the avatar is enjoying some green bubbly...of some sort.

Yeah I could use some of that about now...

I'm a little curious as to what it's doing to his head. @_@

Now I'm off to relieve some non-dairy creamer cans of their nitrous.

I actually tried that once when I was 19 or 20. Boy, that was amazing!
It gave me this visual of my brain surrounded by bubbles and the high was so euphoric. But I knew what I did was dangerous somehow and so I never did it again.

What's odd is I no one ever told me I could achieve a high from inhaling nitrous. I did it on my own. Later on when I got a job at a pizza restaurant, I learned that a customer who worked at the furniture store across the road and who came in regularly to eat had died because inhaling nitrous that was stored in ballons. I guess someone obtained a supply of nitrous, filled balloons with it and sold these balloons.

I guess what happens is that the nitrous deprives your brain of oxygen for a short duration. But too many inhalations is extremely dangerous as I found out.

Last time I was in New Jersey, I had this most delicious pizza that was topped with spaghetti. Maybe I'll have it again.

Ever been to Kearney, New Jersey? There's an OJ's tank wash there and it's where I will likely end up if I make to your neck of the Hudson. I think it's off Jacobus avenue if I recall correctly.

It's from there we go pick up a load a few miles away at the port in Newark and bring it to some town near Trenton. On a good day, two trips can be made. Anyway, its along this route that there is a town that has the spaghetti pizza I enjoyed once last summer. Maybe I'll do it again.

Nope. I just looked up how to get there via public transportation and google maps looked like it was trying to make some abstract art, lol!

I've never been to Newark either though I know there's an airport there.
