yeah pretty lucky to skidaadle out of there once the weather turns unbearable. i guess its nice that its not a really really cold place during the inwter though. and im glad your drill sergeants werent terrifying O.O my best friend joined the air force and she said she had a DS that was kinda crazy O.o;; he'd sneak in through the rafters to climb in an empty bed at night to test if they were watching for intruders.

@Kale: The timing is great. x3 Gaia's event couldn't hold my attention at all. ^^;
Yes! I seriously cannot wait until I earn the privileges of...wearing civilian clothes, leaving the barracks once classes are over, and eventually getting to go to San Antonio. I would've been satisfied with none of them until I remembered how nice it was to not wear a uniform for once. xD

@Guest: I feel safe already. o_o!

@Jitsumi: ......o_o That's...that's a very...intense way of making sure they're doing their job...*hates being on fireguard* ^^;; There was a drill sergeant from another platoon who threatened to wake everyone up if he ever caught anyone on guard sleeping...Luckily for us, he didn't. He just had the sleepers pull duty for the rest of the night. Some sergeants are kinda psycho...they have some serious PTSD. D: *avoids contact with them at all costs*

Hehe!! Alas they give you a taste of freedom and after that you'll be longing for more when you no longer receive it until you gain privileges.. that would be a form of torture in my books. :XD

@Guest: D: You could have at least left enough for cookies! *starves to death*

@Kale: It is for me. D: The only thing holding me back from gaining privileges in mid-January is the PT test...I have to run two miles in nineteen minutes. T^T *sucks at running*

@LennaHime: I ran two miles in twenty minutes just to pass basic training. Dx Now...to knock off another minute. *cries*

And the whole time I thought the seventeen push ups or fifty sit ups would cause me trouble.

@Kale: It took the whole two months of basic training for me to get twenty minutes! xD I seriously probably ran a forty minute two mile at the start! I know I did zero acceptable push ups and like twenty sit ups. >_>;; *flexes to show off her accomplishments* xD

@LennaHime: Hehe, I hope so. The whole time during basic they gave us a rubber track to run on. In medic land...we're put on a resistance track. *dies* At least it's a half mile track - I like it much more than quarter mile tracks. And it's fun to run by the Burger King. xD

@LennaHime: xD It's evil, they put a Burger King right next to my barracks. We can look at it, but can't eat there. ^^;

@Sarasvati: *faints* Crazy bidder! *whaps* xD
AHHH! CHIBI! I'll have to put it in my sig...when I wake up tomorrow. *cackles*

@Jitsumi: Agreed! I can sprint, but I can't handle running for a long time. ^^; My endurance dies at one mile...

*squees at her cheerleaders* <3 Y'all are awesome. x3

Well, I better run off to bed...all this medicine is kicking in. ^^;; Good night!

My little Tori is getting big and strong!! -fawns- :XD
Hehe, two miles would take me so much longer... I'd actually end up collapsing I think. xD

I'm good with sit ups, I just need to get motivated to do them so I have some exercise in my routine. Push ups.. well I can't do much... but I'm gaining strength in arms thanks to my job xD

night night sweet dreams Tori! and dont worry too much about it, you'll make your new time in not too long, just let your body get used to running longer distances *used to run 5 miles every day* at the begining it really sucks, but you get used to it.

hehehe if i had the means (like my own boat and a nearby thing of water) , i would totally do kyaking over running anyday, i LOVE kayaking.. i dunno you totally feel the burn in your arms and shoulders, but its a good burn like RAWRRRR-I-AM-BEAST burn? that and well, if you get tired you can just float and take in the scenery.
