I'm on a diet too <.< Low sodium. I have high blood pressure. Apparently not good for an 18 year old. I'm not suppose to have sweets either xD I'm not good. lols.

Wow? Highblood pressure? less than 20? That is bad?
Is it hereditary?

My dad has heart problems and high blood pressure.

I don't know if it is or not. I know my family has a lot of problems so hopefully be getting control of my weight will get rid of some of them. I would really hate to end up with Diabetes. Especially as much as I like cooking and tasting said food.

I am guessing that Diabetes is what I may have if I don't control my intake now.
Since I really really love sweet food.

That and cavities xD You will also get cavities. lol. I can control my food, I can eat well, and I can quit food cold turkey. I just can't get myself motivated to exercise.

I think I do have cavities... but my dentist doesn't makes it sounds like a big issue.
Though I only been to dentist twice the whole of my life. That doesn't include primary school free check ups.

I have like 7. I started out with 13. Yeah, my mom and dad never helped with my eating and teeth brushing habits when I was little. They were too busy fighting with each other.

I won't say my parents help my teeth problem.
I pull out my own teeth when I was small. itchy tongue. XD

I have to go sleep soonish.

I did the same thing. lol. And aww. I hope you rest well. I'm a little tired but I don't want to go to sleep. I need to go exercise.

Just cause I wanted to loose the weight.

Well my weight loss really kicked up when my family had to cut back on salt because of my moms high blood pressure.

I know--and it doesn't play nice with Chance either, so I tend to be swapping my accounts across browsers every now-and-then as well.

Not done that yet today, but did so a few times yesterday.

I know, but since event-time's basically the only time I have reason to have three browsers open simultaneously, I have yet to bother installing one.

So the water is the weight gain?
