Then there are more serious offenses including matters against the ToS such as plagarism, impersonation, scamming, art theft, offsite trading, cybering, etc. Each issue goes on case by case basis, so the punishment and outcomes differs each time depending on the seriousness of the matter. You get the idea. =)

I think the stuff I remember are things like Biker Mice from Mars, Sonic Underground, Ed, Edd and Eddy, Duck Tales and stuff. >.>

Cartoons I mostly watch were from Disney Channel and Cartoon Network, yes. xD

I watch Nickelodeon more for their reality game shows? I think that's what they are called. I stopped watching television a long time ago, though. Other than the occasional Food Channel or History/Discovery.
