yeah generally a technician is under a professional who gets a BS degree.. a technician gets certificate..

Still... I have seen some of my Architecture technician, draftman seemed to know more than we do. O__O They graduate in Polytechnic colleges.

That means nothing to me Xuv... but the thing is experience also impacts how much you know..

I figure experience is also important. as it is included in the job search sites. Some are looking for 5 - 8 years of experience.

Diploma could mean a high school diploma.. a diploma could also mean a college diploma.. heck i think they give you get a Diploma when you graduate graduate school so i have no clue what you mean with diploma..

Oh... Here, our high school graduation, we don't have diploma. XD
We just have a cert of our national exam. Of how many grades we score.

College Diploma in your case, I guess.

Ah.. ok.. yeah we get diplomas when we graduate from one level of school to the next sometimes too..

We don't make graduation big during highschool.
Most of us would be in holiday or enroll in college/university by then. We don't have Prom in Highschool too...

I have a diploma that says I got a Master's Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.

Pretty impressive...but it was basically a 2-week course.

That's true...but I could just say I have a Master's in Project Management on a resume, and it would be true. It's from an actual university.

I actually later went to DC to help them re-vamp the course.
It was a lot of fun.

I liked being a project manager. You get to tell everybody what to do...

As long as it manage to bring that impression to the boss... hehe...
